Are there any known issues, incomplete features, or areas you're particularly concerned about that I should focus on first during testing and gap analysis?
Understanding what you’ve noticed already helps me prioritize testing efforts—whether it’s frontend UI, API connections, or specific business logic.
Could you provide access to the Git repository and any current hosting or staging environments?
I’d like to review the codebase structure and deployment setup to get a full picture before beginning debugging or refactoring.
Is there existing technical documentation you'd like updated, or should I create new records based on my findings in the codebase?
This helps define the scope of the documentation task—whether it's editing existing docs or creating from scratch.
Are there any user flows, payment steps (like PayPal/Stripe), or QR code processes that must be verified before final approval?
Knowing the critical paths ensures the sign-off document covers what’s most important to your platform’s functionality.
Will the sandbox testing environment be provided, or should I handle setting that up alongside the live deployment?
This helps clarify responsibilities around deployment and any server access or configuration needed.
