Improve our research data presentation and accessibility

We undertake customer satisfaction surveys for a large number of clients. We are currently updating our surveys and want to completely redesign how we present the results to our clients. We want dashboards, ability to input into powerpoint and the ability for clients to interrogate their data on-line if they wish to do so. Batch processing of reports and auto emailing of them will be essential.

We can output our raw survey data in excel, access, csv format

We are looking for someone who can advise on the best software to purchase and possible to help us set it up.
