Improve mobile side of weebly built web site

Hello,

My name is raymon prince of princepowerwashing.com I built this site using weebly and it is hosted by hostgator . When I turn on the mobile version it drops my header along with my company graphic and does some other weird things I don't like. I would like some one to figure out how to fix this and maybe make some pull downs so opening text is not so long in mobile version.

right now I have the mobile version turned off in weebly, so all anyone can see is the desktop version.

if you know how to fix stuff like this then let me know, I think we would need to talk voice for a few minutes just so you can better understand what I am after, which really is not all that much.

its a powerwashing company, so its more for local viewing, and really nothing more than a contact page and some before and after pics.

p.s right now I am only using the free side of weebly, because the pay side is more for online sales and stuff, and I don't do any of that, the weebly builder is connected to hostgator I get to it using my hostgators control panel.
