Implementation of css and html into a modx site + backend modx development

Hi,

I have a couple of modx sites and am looking for someone to work with on a regular basis.

To start off, I would like you to set up the HTML and CSS of a sliced up PSD design.

The page I am talking about for this project is the home page. This page has a very clean design and consists of:
- 4 boxes with text and linked to 4 different categories:
I would need these boxes place correctly and the text positioned into these boxes (text and graphics are seperate elements, not 1 graphic)
- 1 main box, which should be a static image with text overlayed. Text should be a real text element.

this would be part one of the quote.

For part 2, I would like you to quote developing a rotating image in stead of a static one, with text overlayed. The text should be a rela text element.

In the modx framework, you should create a form that will allow me to specify the image used, the text to be included and which elements are part of the carousel.

Please quote:
1- an hourly rate, as I am looking for someone to work with on a very regular basis
2 - a total estimate for this project, consisting of a quote for part 1 and part 2 seperately.

Start date: ASAP
