I have a .NET solution that is moving to a new server. I have full root/RDP access to the new server. The site/application will need to be fully tested prior to migration. HTTPS is required so a temporary self-signed certificate will likely be needed at first to test before the domain is pointed at the new server. Time is of the essence.
