Image uploader and canvas preview

We are looking for someone to develop an online editor to fit within a Woocommerce based Wordpress site, we require the functionality to work as follows:

1. The customer uploads an image
2. They then use the radio buttons and options down the left to choose size, border size, paper type etc
3. It would show them a preview of how the image looks on the preview pane in the centre of the screen, if they change the dimensions of the canvas that the image does not fit into then they would be able to see how this has been cropped on the preview pane
4. They would need to be able to move the image about with the dimensions they have chosen too
5. The system would then show the price (worked out on a sq. M calculation), the paper they have selected and give them the option to change the quantity they require as well as adding it to their basket

Then in the admin area, we would be able to download a high resolution JPEG of the file they have uploaded at the size they have chosen and with the chosen border widths
