IIS7 ISAPI Filter to alter response content

Develop a simple ISAPI filter to remove specified content lines (not header lines) from the http response served from an IIS7 hosted web site. Content lines to be removed should be specified as:
- number of lines to be deleted
- offset from first line of http content
The filter should be paramaterised so that settings can be adjusted from a configuration file without having to recompile the ISAPI dll.

Deliverables must include:
- pre-compiled ISAPI filter dll
- well commented source code (Visual Studio project file or equivalent)
- commented sample configuration file
- documentation on how to install/uninstall/use
