I want to setting Chat system in my dating website

I have a new dating website viz. www.sex4l.com. In the same website the Chat system & Forum are not active. I want to activate Chat system & Forum in my said website. Please do the following steps for Forum:

You do not currently have a forum (Bulletin Board) integrated with osDate, or osDate could not locate or identify your forum. osDate supports the following forums:

phpBB, Phorum, vBulletin, myBB, SMF 1.1

You may use any one of these forums with osDate by doing following:

1) Install the forum of your choice into the /forum/ folder of osDate.

2) Using the Global Settings tool (site information section) of osDate, specify the forum that you are using, and the full HTTP path to the forum.

3) Reload this page by using the Forum Management link in the osDate admin panel to administer the forum.

Please note that in some cases, the latest versions of these forums may not be supported by osDate.

Please do the following steps for Chat system:

FlashChat 4.1.0 and higher include an integration class for osDate. Please download FlashChat from www.tufat.com/chat.php and copy the files to this folder. Then, run the FlashChat installer, and specify osDate as the CMS to integrate with.
