I want to learn interactive infographics

I'm looking for someone to teach me how to take static infographic elements and make them interactive like this: http://www.truckerclassifieds.com/truckpocalypse/ via skype/facetime.

I already offer inforgraphics as an hourlie but am getting more and more requests for interactive ones inside and outside of PPH.

I'm predominately a designer and have a good grasp of HTML and CSS, though my Javascript/PHP understanding isn't great.

Let me know how you'd propose to teach me, how many hours you'd think it would take (approx) and your price per hour.

I'd like to record the sessions for reference purposes...
