I want a Wordpress theme customized

I want a pre made premiume wordpress theme customizing to my need

I like original theme over the child theme, also the child theme does not seem to have been done correctly.
I want to keep the login widget at the top was added and keep hoverover to the icons and the icons change the icons.
I also have a sub site with a another theme nexuslocal.co.uk/classifieds/ this was a child theme of classipress

I need Is both themes to customized to look somewhat bespoke, modern im better colours not loosing whats good about theme, I also need the 2 theme look similar somewhat like they do now.

One of the key things Is I would need suggections from you on what to do, I want something everyone will like not just me.

What I dont like in the default theme
- I dont like the slide
- I dont like the orange
- to me the theme looks a bit stretched out, If you understand what I mean
- cant have a sidebar on some pages.
- the footer bar is useless you cant add anything to it from wp-admin

What I would like to keep from the nexus theme
- the login widget at the top.
- the icon hover over
- I like the shadow afect in the curract nexus theme, I dont know if anyone else will like it.

Im sure there must be more we could do to make it look bespoke.
what I need is someone who can do the work but also advise me what what changes to make. I know what I would like but the sites not just for me its a community site
