I require a Web shop developing for the sale of PDF documents

I need a web shop developing. I already have a website - http://www.promarks.co.uk/

This shop will be selling the PDF Market Reports I do. Attached is how I envisage this to look.

Each item will be a pdf document with the following details:
Location - Long Text which is searchable (may want to add a second field with the area name)
Type - Full Market Research or New Build Comparables
Property Types - Flats/House/Flats and Houses
Date Completed - Just the Month and Year Completed.
Price - Added by me

I want users to be able to add the products to cart then purchase them via Paypal. Which will send me an order and I can send to the users.

I want a simple search function at the top and for people to filter by certain fields.

If we can link to Google Analytics that is already setup that would be good. I already have a server.
