I need weather xml feeds setup as pages in my wordpress site

I am setting up my news and information site. I need someone familiar with Wordpress and xml to setuop the following weather xml feeds as seperate pages on my site that will pull the data from the xml feed every 15 minutes (or even better in real time and display that information in the page in a visuallyway that can be understood.
