I need two html pages designed in twitter bootstrap 3.0

General information for the website: Search Engine for schools
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 2
Description of every page/module: The home page should be responsive. This project is mobile first, meaning we'll design for desktop after successful completion.

It's a simple design and thus heavy emphasis is laid on the aesthetics and proportions of the few elements.
Description of requirements/features: Follow the attached design as closely as possible. I'd like to see a decent outcome on as many different mobile devices as possible. The final empty slot in the results page should be commented in the code. This will leave room to add new content in the future
CMS and Admin requirements: The job description also involves launching file on my server to which I'll provide FTP details when the time comes. The use of URLs is required for all script so that they are all cached on user devices.
