I have an application that used to connect to our Exchange server without any issues. Our email provider recently upgraded to Exchange Server 2019 with TLS 1.2 implementation. Since then the application no longer can send emails. I just need to have a single webpage developed and ASP .net that can connect to this server. I can provide the code that I have been using.
