I need to get a Rails app ready for launch

I have a rough Rails app requiring some final touches and functionality in order to make it ready for beta testing and MVP release. Good UI skills needed. Technology & services used so for: Git, heroku, Ruby 2/Rails 4, Bootstrap and other stuff.

I value communication highly and prefer close collaboration via chat / skype / google+ hangouts.

Overall the application is relatively small at this stage, so I expect it fairly quick to get grasps of how it works and make quick changes.
