I need to display different text based on the page contents

I'm using a membership/eCommerce system called YourMembership (https://www.yourmembership.com/) which runs on Bootstrap 3. its aclosed system, so I can't add programs or alter the system in any way except on the page itself. The page I want to alter is the store invoice template that is used globally within YM. Here is an example invoice:

It loads in the details of the line items purchased. Based on a string of text within one of the line items i want to change the bank details that are displayed further down the page. So if the line item contains "(IOE)" I want to display Bank Details A and if the line item contains "(IOEX)" I want to display Bank Details B.
Alternatively to always display Bank Details A unless the line item contains "(IOEX)" then I want to display Bank Details B instead of Bank Details A.

I've put fixed budget, but what I'm looking for is a realistic estimate of how long this will take, then I can adjust my budget or not proceed with the project.
