I need to be shown taxonomies

I will provide website and the divi theme. I need someone to show me how to create taxonomies in divi using custom post types from WebDev. I need screen shots of each step. I need to know how to organize states, cities, and intent pages and how to create a template in divi and connect it to the taxonomy structure so the url example website.com/oklahoma/tulsa/pricing and then it will show the other city using the same structure website.com/broken-arrow/pricing. just need to create two states and a couple of cities with two intent pages so i can understand how to set it up.
