I have a good 'amateur' knowledge of internet but am not a techie.

I am at the formative stage and wish to brainstorm my project so as to be aware of all the factors that need to be taken into account. I don't wish to 'reinvent the wheel' so need somebody with plenty of practical experience in - Match Making sites. My project is not 'dating' as such but like most businesses it matches a service with a customer.

I see there are plenty of 'dating' applications out there and perhaps they can be modified. I wish to be able to integrate, if possible, with FB & Linkedin etc as my product will attract all of them plus others. Also, I wish to monetize referrals leading out of my 'hub' and anyway possible.

I need to crystallize my thinking as I have the idea - but do not have the experience to know how to develop it and even know the full scope of its potential.

Hence, I need a list of everything of what is generally needed and an agenda, budget, plan and know-how etc to see how to get it project managed to fruition by whom. Then I can proceed with confidence that I have covered most of the pitfalls and eliminated the obvious mistakes and be reasonably future proofed!

Pls in a short concise way explain you qualifications and examples of your projects that are working successfully.
