I need someone who can add 5 html pages to my html website

Num. of web pages/modules: 4
Description of every page/module: HI,

I have web site to which i need 3 Static pages to be added.
It is simple html pages.
You can use the current css or can add your own.
I need the regarding the 4th page i already has to page. What i need is Images to be shown in Masonry gallery. And also in the same page/edit page adding Images Dynamically by browsing and upload process.

It is very simple and small project.

Description of requirements/features: 1st page, static page with Small Country flag, The name of Country and List of profile Title in a list in that country and a button lable PAY which should redirect to my existing billing page.
2nd page is after selecting packages in Billing page above, When press Submit(This page i already have).
2nd page starts here :In this page i should able to see the Package information, adding the package options like 6month, yearly or monthly choice, then total amount to pay. Adding coupons if any thing available. and then shouing Final amount to pay.
3rd page I need Paypal Sucessfully and Unsucessful payment return Pages.
