I need someone to work with revamping my Google Ad page as I am totally lost

General information for the website: We sell soap making courses
Description of requirements/features: see above. Our site is www.makesoap.biz
Specific technologies required: Complete understanding of Google Adwords
Extra notes: We usually only spend around £50.00 per week on Google Ads and don't want to increase this so it is important that our keywords are very targeted to people who want to learn how to make soap and not to those who just have an interest in soap. Google works well for us but someone played with this a while back and we now seem to have gazillions of irrelevant ads and campaigns that have been paused or disallowed. I need the whole thing simplified so we have just one ad group with maybe four ads running. So I need a Google Whizz kid who could do this for us.
