I wanted to know if you would be able to redesign my website and make it modern and interactive. I need focus on the pictures, and the font as well as the clickable links.

It just looks very dated.
My budget is £40 maximum. All of the information is there, it just needs to look better.
I am flexible and you can do what you like however sticking to the general black and orange theme.
