Description of requirements/features: The website should be simple and responsive. We are planning to deploy this website in a developing country where most internet bandwidth is very low. Hence, the website should be very mobile friendly without consuming a lot of data when accessed via movie phones.

It should have a simple method for registering as sellers and searching for ads as buyers. Users should be able to search items by categories and locations.

Sellers can upload ads FREE but there should be a section where they can choose if they want their ads to be featured in the front page ( at specific costs for periods of time)…
