I need someone to help complete our website and admin section on our yii platform

General information for the website: utility engineers
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: We need a experienced yii developer to help complete our website project, we currently have the template 'Metronic theme' which is packed with developer features to use, we have another developer working on the site as well who is working on the invoices and appointments section so there may be times when we may ask you to upload and refresh what you have completed so you are both on the same update, most of the site so far is in modules and all the work will need to be in modules. the database may need tweaking to fit you but please advise before changing any existing tables so i can make the other developer aware, most of the tables will need to be created but check first as it may be there. The code needs to be very neat and tidy so it can be easily followed.

there are several sections we need completing which include:

Backend:

-Members accounts (Customers) (full details and fully featured with related items such as there appointments, invoices, payments, login details etc)
-Payments section and all its features
-Products section - this needs creating (these will be shown on some parts of the quote system later on and also on the invoice section when we select them) This needs to include stock control
-Admin login - this needs setting up, we need a section where we have admin users and where we can add/edit there rolls and define which sections they can access on the admin area, as well as manage there login details.
-Engineers - This needs to be completed (this is the list of the engineers we have, there availability needs completing
We need a separate login area for the engineers where they can log in and view there appointments, manage there availability ect, the login needs to be 'Engineer Number' and '4 digit pin'
-Dashboard - this needs doing, show differen widgets relating to the sections such as 'overdue invoices', 'pending appointments', new members etc
- Admin search needs setting up

Frontend:

-General pages (dynamic from our admin section)
-Members area (including quotes, help with dynamic topics, payments including invoices, due and paid, pay invoices)
-Members area nav bar (when logged in) re-design to look and fit in with the site - will email examples when you are ready to start this section
-Make the main nav dynamic from the admin section
-Notifications - this needs creating so it shows set notifications that we can add in the admin section (for example in the admin section we may set a notification alert to show on any invoices due to be paid etc)
-Messages needs doing so we can send the customer a message from the admin panel
-Site search

Quote system
We want a quote system building that we can setup from the admin section for each department ie plumbing so for example:

In the plumbing section there will be a button that says 'Get a central heating quote' when clicked it will take you to a modern featured quote system (using javascript/ajax etc to move through it and images that they can select - i will send you some examples of what i mean when you start)
They will then follow the animated steps to retrieve a quote (the quote is given based on the configured costs in the admin section.
So step 1 could be 'How many rooms are there in your house' (in the admin section the answers would have a value next to them, so i could set 2 rooms at £150)
step 2 could be 'Do you require instant hot water' (if yes is selected then a combi boiler is required)
step 3 could be 'Which style radiators do you like' (it will display images of the radiators and they can choose one, each having a value set in the back office, this would need to be multiplied by the number of rooms etc)

The above are some of the examples of the types of formula that we would need to be able to setup in the admin section, i appreciate some will need to be hard coded so it works but we need to be able to create as many variations as we can in the admin section
