Description of requirements/features: I have attached images that show what I need. Simply put I need the HTML and CSS writing for two rows on a desktop and tablet, that on mobile, goes down to one.
This is very simple for someone who knows what they are doing, I have tried myself but with no coding knowledge am struggling. I am looking for a quick turnaround, this evening ideally.
