I need re-design of exist page with effects like Paralax and Scroll Animation

General information for the website: distribution of financial product
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1
Description of every page/module: For page its used bootstrap 2. The page is responsible.
The page its ready just elements need to be re-ordered and need some effects when you slide down

Page begin with one big background image in top with simple paralax effect - text and link to play clip in youtube. Down have some info content, here is the information about the content:

- Video Clip
- section with 3 column
- section with 3 column
- section with 2 section - left image, right text
- section with small FAQ with 4 question
- section with left text and right image
- section with left image and text
Description of requirements/features: We need to keep close to current design just need to update page for better look and add effect.
The content need to fade when you scroll down.
You can use javascripts like: skrollr, superscrollorama, ScrollMagic or something else for slide down with effects and paralax
Extra notes: i have some web sites which look good - trey are just for ideas, I looking with designer with good and creative skills. I would like professional looking page not some amateur work.
