I need Phonegap application design..

Num. of web pages/modules: 8 to 10
Description of requirements/features: One of my client needs a Phone-gap application design to convert into phone-gap application. We have a design in JPEG. We only need to convert these designs into phone-gap application in html 5 with source code. It will be 8 to 10 pages.They only need a design not development so please apply accordingly . Design will be provided to selected person, because we don't want to share our design publicly.
Extra notes: We need this to be done within 2 or 3 days max. Please apply if you can match our deadline.
