I need my blogger account installed on my website+blog feeds on homepage +theme

Ive been told I cant use Wordpress on my website but I can have Blogger. I need a developer to create a sub-domain of my website where the blog will be, and have the blog feeds on my home page. Also would like the blog to be theme matched with my website (as much as possible in terms of color, and must be "eye catchy" so no plain boring) also SEO optimized for my keywords. No deadlines but would be nice as soon as possible, since I need this as part as my SEO campaign. My website is www.hiantechnologies.co.uk and is an engineering consultancy, so theme shall match this field (serious, but modern and techy). Regards.
