I need HTML5 service with cms / backend for mobile apps

General information for the website: Cafe / Restaurant
Description of requirements/features: Ordering food via mobile apps
Table booking via mobile apps
Loyalty via mobile apps
Point earned will be tied to their account that is verifiable via their handphone number
CMS and Admin requirements: CMS for future updates on food and drinks and points earned

I have an apps which is based on cafe/restaurant. Now it's lacking the ability to take order. The apps is based on Como. It has a function to create tabs where I can link to external mobile site that will fit into any mobile screen.

Can you make a mobile CMS page where my customer can order their food online? And also the orders will be received via email or you can suggest me another better way to receive orders in real time?

Also another two tab would be the table bookings and stamping loyalty card which point earned will be tied to their account (mobile phone number for example for verification).

Or if you have even a better idea, please feel free to voice it out. Thanks! :-)
