I need help with some javascript issues using FullPage.js

I need a little help with a site I'm making. It is very time sensitive and needs to be completed asap. Please let me know if you can help.

Problems:
1. Using Fullpage.js and does not slide to next section as it should on most browsers. Works fine in Chrome. Please could you fix.

2. Fullscreen icon - when you click this on the very first loading page it messes things up as you start to slide through the sections. Please could you fix.

3. I am trying to remove the anchor text from the URL so that when a user refreshes the page they are always taken to the very start. This is at the top of site.js (// slice off the remaining '#' in HTML5:) It works on chrome but not safari. Could you fix this so that it always refreshes to the very start.

4. On the first loading screen you should not be able to scroll the page. Please could you fix.

5. Need to put the % sign in the uploader into a sup.

Please could you quote how much this would be and when you could fix it by?
