I need help to define keyword targeting for yoga landing page

I am launching a new wellness brand targeted at women aged between 35-65. It is an eCommerce platform which will provide content / free classes and products.

My core area of focus for launch is yoga and I need help to define which keywords to target. The balance is to find a set of keywords that my target audience are likely to search, that has a high enough search volume to be interesting and that is possible for me to rank in the top 3 position within 6 months.

The goal is to get 5000 visits to this landing page by November. There will be development of this job if I like what you deliver as I will need an SEO strategy to help me rank and then I need someone to carry it out.
