I need help building my Wix website

I am starting a new small business and I am trying to build the website using Wix. Although I am capable of creating the basic design, there are things which I'd like to include in my website that I'm finding very hard to incorporate. I would also like someone to help me really take advantage of all the functions etc as I'm not hugely technically minded.
I would like to work with someone that is very patient and and willing to be enthusiastic (or at least fake it well!) about what I am trying to achieve. I look forward to receiving any proposals for this. For someone that knows their way around Wix, I now my requests will be very easy which is why my budget is small. Many thanks!
