I need Emails coded at short notice, must have good communication!

General information for the website: Coding emails at short notice (3-4 days)

Description of requirements/features: We are a marketing agency who send out emails for a few of our clients up to 4 times a month. We design the templates and supply them to you as PSDs. We will always give you as much notice as possible but often we need the finished email back within 2-4 days.

We currently have a developer who does a great job but we need someone to support him as we get 2-3 emails that pop up with the same deadline! There will be a consistent flow of work if you can produce the quality we are looking for in a short time frame.

We will pay £45 for smaller emails and £75 for newsletters.

I have posted for this job already and i was let down by 2 people whose final product just wasn't acceptable causing us to miss the clients deadline.

I need someone who:
- Will stay in touch and keep me up to date throughout the process
- Available to text chat on skype
- Has good knowledge of coding emails and can work to tight deadlines
- MUST KNOW ABOUT LITMUS TESTING AND HOW TO TWEAK TEMPLATES TO DISPLAY CORRECTLY IN ALL INBOXES!
- Can understand the difference between 'flattened images' and actual text on an email

Emails must display correctly in all major email clients web and desktop. We will need you to tweak and make adjustments to the template until it is good to go. Including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple Mail and more. When supplying the PSDs I will also send over the links and any email friendly fonts i need you to use.
