I need CSS written into my website to make the design and userbility more on trend

Description of requirements/features: I’ve put together a website in http://withtank.com/ and although I'm a graphic designer and can design front end in visually in a design app, I’m not a web designer and don't use web design applications, so I’ve used the basic template available in Withtank and it’s not very sexy at all… There are places within Withtank that you can write CSS into your site to make it look better and more unique so I need someone to do that for me. I’m thinking it needs a bit more movement, larger full bleed images and anything else to make it look a bit more on trend and less confined to a template… Less space between the navigation bar and the image/text below. Locations page is a bit dated looking right? Also, the logo doesn't resize small enough on phone screen, in fact the way the whole page resizes needs to be looked at... It is a new company so at the moment there is no more content to add although I can supply a few more background shots.
