I need an SEO specialist

i'd like to get ongoing organic seo done on my website with a view to ranking on page 1 for a selection of keyphrases, based primarily around local locations and the job title (ie private detective Cardiff) im a part time one man band so budget is high priority, that said if the results happen ive no problem paying to keep them there.

I'd either like to "pay on results", or id like a fixed monthly amount with no tie in. correctly achieved results are important as is someone with good skills, and the knowledge.
