I need an SEO professional to fix my google rankings

I have a physio clinic with two locations. My website has recently suddenly dropped significantly in the google rankings.Two word search phrases for location and physio or physiotherapy or physiotherapist would find us at the top of the listings. One location the rankings went from the top of page one to page two. The other location the ranking went from top of page to nowhere.

I am having a new website designed so my old website designer is not that interested in fixing it so I need you to help out.
I have read about why there may be a problem and the only thing I noticed was duplicate information I found on one page. I changed it this morning.
If the successful candidate restores my rankings I will also use them for the new website and two other websites I am having built.
