I need an SEO complaint website designed and created ASAP

General information for the website: Accountancy services
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: Hi there,

We urgently need someone to work with us on a website for one of our clients.

We have written all the copy and everything is in place to move to design and build but unfortunately we have been let down by the developer we were working with, so consequently we'd like to form a new partnership with someone asap.

This is an urgent job that we need immediate help with but there will be other work for the right person.
Description of requirements/features: We need the site to -

- have a great design!
- be Search Engine complaint
- come with a Content Management System (preferably word press)
- be responsive and work across mobile/desktop/tablets
- hosting to be discussed as they currently don't have anything in place
- ongoing support

We also need the person appointed to look at re-working their current logo. Our previous design partner had started this but it does need some further amends before its finished.
Extra notes: We would be interested in your experience, testimonials and assurances that you won't disappear!
