I am building a drone law website for the United States and need a company logo and a Wordpress, X-Theme based template, monetized for adsense, to get me going. I already have the site, hosting and X-theme purchased. Only other requirement is a clickable map of the US, embedded in the site, that I will be able to customize.     I will provide all text and content of the site.
    I do not have any images to use for the site.
    I like this flat, simple design: http://demo.theme.co/renew-2/ but will need it to be professional in colors and graphics. It is a Law based project. I also like the general layout of this site also: https://www.nps.gov/findapark/index.htm (it is similar in what I was thinking with the clickable map near the top)
    I'm familiar with Wordpress and the backend.
    Recent work is helpful.
