I need a wordpress theme with a landing page from 2 psd files that I've created.

I've created a couple psd files for my website. A Landing Page psd and a simple template psd for pages including the About page (with 4 subpages(or tabs)), the Vendor Services page (with 4 subpages(or tabs)), and the Contact us page. The website will need work in the future, this job might lead to more work on the site in the future. Attached are jpeg versions of the said psd's. The psd files will be provided when entered into an agreement.
