I need a Wikipedia page formatted and posted

I am not sure if this is the right subcategory! I am a writer, and I have created the content for a wikipedia page for my client. It includes ALL of the links and sources needed for a successful wiki posting, and this isn't just a "wiki-for-hire" instance - she really deserves to be on wikipedia (one of the top individuals in UK publishing).

I have not yet written the Sources of References section, but all of the content needed for this is hyperlinked in the copy (dozens of reputable links included to BBC, Guardian etc, and all of the relevant definition hyperlinks to other Wiki pages and outside sources). It is less than 800 words in total.

I need this formatted and posted on Wiki, preferably by someone who already has a wiki editing account and is in good standing with the community. I know I could do this, but I want to ensure that the client gets the best results and I have no profile on Wiki.

Since all of the writing and source-hunting work is complete, I do not have the highest budget, but I am hoping that you will be willing to look it over. If this goes well, I have another page. I need this work done in a timely fashion, hopefully by Friday? Am willing to negotiate.
