I need a website similar to PPH

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a developer to build me a website with all of the same features as PPH. I can't give too much away and will discuss the main features with the chosen freelancer but some of the basic features are as follows:

- Micro Jobs & Project listings (similar to PPH)
- Escrow system
- Workstream style live chat
- Membership packages, with recurring monthly fees
- Freelancer & Buyer dashboard

I know there are a few Wordpress options out there and I am happy to go with one of these if it will work.

If possible, please let me know how you would create this site, the timeframe and the cost.
