I need a website for my murder mystery company, it is a new business start up (hence the low fee, sorry) The site needs to consist of

Home screen will need an image and text (I do not have the images as yet)
The site needs to be sharp and slick with a mysterious edge.
There are a lot of sites out there that do a similar job, but in the main they look very amateurish and childish. We need a top class site, to reflect our top class service.
The site will need to have an integrated shop selling our (limited) range of merchandise goods, with check out through paypal.
I do not yet own the domain or hosting so could do with help with this also.
