I need a webpage that loads an audio file for post processing

I would like someone to create a webpage that does the following:

1. Load an audio file (e.g., mp3, wav, etc)
2. The audio data should be displayed as waveform and spectrogram.
3. The fundamental frequency of the audio file should be estimated and displayed. Refer to this link: https://alexanderell.is/posts/tuner/

It should be relatively a simple project since most of the codes are available online. I am looking to work with someone long-term, so if I like the work on this then I will definitely hire the developer again.
