I need a web developer to make tweaks to my holding page

Description of requirements/features: I am looking to replace my existing site: skillstep.com with the template countdown holding page here: http://themeforest.net/item/soonr-modern-flexible-coming-soon-template/full_screen_preview/6507267 (blue static page).

Amends:
Add copy in HTML browser header - Skillstep is coming soon...
Replacing the paragraph of copy of copy at the top (I've yet to write copy but it will only be 30 words or so).
Replace the 7 social icons/links with those used here: http://www.skillstep.com/sp/29008-welcome-to-skillstep (but full colour) I can provide square ones if they work better. I suggest the order in my existing footer.
We scrap the 'about' page in the nav menu in the menu and perhaps 'newsletter' page option too. Or change this to 'launch date' perhaps.
Lets go for a 13th of October launch date (however many days/times that is for countdown).
Replacing newsletter button with 'enter your email' to notify me of the launch date or similar. The subscribe to newsletter thing at the top would remain (after you click button but just change the copy and header)

Please could you let me know your best cost and timescale.

AJAX/PHP required to get the gather email addresses before I launch.
