I need a techy, Salesforce savvy individual to help with our CRM integration

Here is an exact description of what we would like:

1) Amended 'fields' on our leads, opportunities, accounts (etc). This is so we can customize it to be more in line with our business
2) Outlook e-mail sync
3) VoiP telephone integration - we use Counterpath X-Lite but want to be able to call leads directly through the Salesforce platform
4) DocuSign integration - we want the ability to send our newly closed clients application forms with integrated DocuSign to speed up process
5) We want a way to be able to automatically set & send out foreign exchange rate alerts to customers through Salesforce - ideas?
6) We want a way to upload excel files containing our client trade data and for that to automatically be updated on each individual account
