1.It has to be made in asp.net as programmin language and sql server 2008 r2 as database
2.Along with this html, css and javascript or any helpful technology can be used.
3.the survey management website need to be made akin to google forms and for that google forms need to be studied extensively.
4.the web based application will be deployed in a lan environment initially and in future may connect other campuses and internet
5.Work flow will be like discussed once job granted

    We would need more details about your project. What kind of interaction and forms you would need? Will they be self configurable forms? Or will it have defined flow? It will have multiple steps with each step having a number of related questions. What features of google forms do you need?
