I need a simple website to host a searchable spreadsheet

Description of requirements/features: I have a spreadsheet of songs currently in Excel format. I need a very simple website that simply hosts the spreadsheet in a way that makes it searchable. I don't need any graphics or anything, just the searchable spreadsheet.

As an option it would be good if there was a function to submit a song request - i.e. a simple 'contact' type form where they could enter song name, song code and their own name before pressing submit - this then would send me an email.

I will need whoever takes this on to buy the domain name on my behalf and sort out hosting.

I need this to be completed by Friday 27 February.
CMS and Admin requirements: Ideally it would be good if there is a way for me to update the spreadsheet in future, but this is not essential.
