General information for the website: I need people to sign up for my newsletter

Description of every page/module: I need a simple setup with a backgrund and a signup form with some text and a few fields that are sent to my Mailchimp account.
Description of requirements/features: I will provide pictures and text, so I need help with the coding of the page and any ideas on placement of CTA butoons ect
