I need a simple configurator website created

The link below contains a 3D configurator for a particular model of Nike's shoes

I need a website to be developed that contains a 2D configurator for the same model of shoes as in the link above and the same set of customization options. (Something that looks like what nike currently uses. For reference, see https://www.nike.com/u/custom-nike-air-max-270-react-by-you-10000678/1582009792089)

This is required for an academic project and this small project might fetch a few more projects.
