I need a ruby on rails developer to dedicate time towards a project

Hi there

i'm looking for a developer to assist me in an event booking system. These events are populated from around 15 ticket providers (currently 4/5 work (on a good day lol!))

What we are trying to build is a system that allows users to find tickets for events that are either sold out or on resale or direct from the providers e.g. Take that tickets are on sale at ticketmaster and stubhub for different prices, our system would show the users all the prices rather than having to look around at different sites for the best price we collect and compare all the prices, a little like Skyscanner for events (just UK based at the moment).

The site is currently live and will be shared to the people who i believe can master the task.

Some of the issues we encounter at the moment are:

Skiddle list an event as "Garden of madness presents Dimitri vegas & like mike"
Ticketmaster list the same event as "Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike"
This obviously doesn't match at 100% so it wouldn't have matched using the old system (though fixed now this is a problem we would have)

Sometimes the problems are little things like responsive issues, Images not stacking, text too big etc.

We use:

Bootstrap4
Elasticsearch
Daily Raketasks(if this can be changed to be better than that would be great, we don't know how we could change this however)
API's
Redis
Sidekiq

Ideally, you'll have knowledge in all of this, We would be looking for a full stack developer who could devote a lot of time to this with pushes made daily. we are a startup and have funding ready to spend on marketing this idea, however we cannot market a broken product which unfortunately this is... and we need to have the project fixed and running by the end of this month at the latest!!!

We will also need to comply with all GDPR rules and Business rules in the UK.

We have many ideas but the main project is to get the system up and running, We want to build a relationship with the developer/company that can help us out.

Finally, we have all the traction we need, Users must speak good English and be on call whenever something goes wrong.

The right candidate will eventually be able to receive a share of the profits the company makes rather than a wage (being a startup a share would be better than paying an hourly rate, though this isn't for everyone, we will still pay an hourly rate to the right developer if needed) please state if this is something you may be willing to do in you're proposal.

Also if your proposal contains copy and pasted text from other project proposals then you'll be instantly rejected.
