I need a programming expert for Wix to adjust the form

I need a programming expert for Wix to adjust the form on the home page. It is a qualifying form with multiple steps made to capture leads for a loan company. However, it is very important to adjust the coding of the form in the backend so that if the leads do not satisfy the requirements on the step 1 of the form, they are prevented from moving on to Step 2 and they receive a message on the screen that explains why they cannot proceed (I would provide the message text).
